I love Pati's class. I attend two yoga classes per week but Pati's is by far the best. She is patient and caring and this shows in her class. She is also very encouraging. I always leave with a good sense of wellbeing and inner calm and look forward to the next one. Even when I returned to class after a short illness I was pleased to find I had not forgotten anything that Pati had taught me. There are many different levels and age groups at Pati's class but she takes her time to make sure everybody is doing the poses correctly. Most enjoyable class.

My husband and I started private classes with Pati at our home six months ago. We both have low back problems due to our lifestyle. Pati was the best thing that could happen to us. She is a very experienced yoga teacher and tailored all of the classes to help us release the pain and start building up the body strength. She would also regularly ask us about our needs to ensure that the classes meet our expectations and help us with our goals. Pati taught us the basics of yoga very quickly and ensured that all postures were done correctly to avoid injuries. Pati also has a very friendly and positive personality making the classes an enjoyable part of the day. We would highly recommend her!
